Using mindfulness and strength-based strategies in a non-judgmental, supportive, and nurturing environment, clients can gain insight and practice self-compassion in processing anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, mood changes, problems with self-confidence, low self-esteem, and stress. With a renewed sense of self, clients can develop the space and energy to lead healthier, more meaningful lives.
